What started out as strict and straight forward techno project, influenced by 2000s techno and jungle, has now developed into a broadend approach to sound. At times leaving the 4 on the floor behind and opting for different rythmic nuances.

svensson is a musician from Salzburg, currently based in Vienna. Genrewise it is not easy to pin down. Early releases had drone/noise influences, while recent projects focus more on rythm and melodicity.

In 2025 svensson was one of four people to be awarded the “Elektronikland-Preis“.

ARTURIA44 produces "Rythm" Techno and electronic tracks inspired by 90s hardgroove and jungle/breakcore. A44 utilizes unique arrangements and a distinct aim for creating interesting sound design, by playing around with tools like granular synthesis.
